Command for calculating dispersion indices from a column of count data for determining clumping or dispersion of point patterns.

Available Options

Description of options

Data = Name | #Number

Specifies the data matrix containing the counts.

Column = Name | #Number

Specifies the column in the matrix containing the counts.

ID = Yes | No

Specifies whether to calculate the Index of Dispersion. The default is Yes.

ICS = Yes | No

Specifies whether to calculate the Index of Cluster Size. The default is Yes.

GI = Yes | No

Specifies whether to calculate Green’s Index. The default is Yes.

ICF = Yes | No

Specifies whether to calculate the Index of Cluster Frequency. The default is Yes.

IMC = Yes | No

Specifies whether to calculate the Index of Mean Crowding. The default is Yes.

IP = Yes | No

Specifies whether to calculate the Index of Patchiness. The default is Yes.

IM = Yes | No

Specifies whether to calculate the Morisita’s Index. The default is Yes.
